Kirana Bhaiya sources packaged products from authorized manufacturers, distributors, and suppliers. All packaged products are delivered in sealed condition and within the manufacturer-declared expiry or best-before date unless otherwise disclosed.
Manufacturer Responsibility
The quality, composition, ingredients, nutritional information, efficacy, safety, and performance of packaged products are the sole responsibility of the respective manufacturer.
Kirana Bhaiya does not manufacture, alter, or modify such products and therefore shall not be held liable for any manufacturing defects, product recalls, formulation issues, allergic reactions, or dissatisfaction relating to the inherent quality or characteristics of a packaged product that is delivered in its original sealed condition and within the stated expiry period.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are advised to carefully review product labels, ingredients, warnings, usage instructions, storage requirements, and expiry information before consumption or use.
Any concerns regarding product quality, composition, or manufacturer claims should be raised directly with the respective manufacturer. However, Kirana Bhaiya may, at its sole discretion, assist customers in facilitating communication with the manufacturer whenever possible.
Returns, Replacements & Refunds
No refund, replacement, or return shall be provided solely on the basis of customer preference, taste, texture, aroma, packaging design, or perceived quality differences where the product is genuine, unopened, undamaged, and within the applicable expiry period.
Requests for refunds, replacements, or returns will be evaluated in accordance with our applicable Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policies and subject to verification of the reported issue.
