Shipping Policy

Kirana Bhaiya is committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the delivery of products purchased through our website and mobile application.

Serviceable Locations

Deliveries are currently available only in selected serviceable locations. Service availability may vary based on your delivery address, locality, and pin code. Orders can only be placed for locations where delivery service is available.

Delivery Timelines

Most orders are delivered within the estimated delivery timeframe displayed during checkout. While we strive to adhere to these timelines, delivery schedules may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control, including:

  • Adverse weather conditions
  • Traffic congestion
  • Public holidays or local restrictions
  • Operational challenges
  • Unexpected spikes in order volume

In such situations, delivery timelines may be extended without prior notice.

Delivery Charges

Any applicable delivery charges will be clearly displayed during the checkout process before order confirmation. Delivery charges may vary depending on factors such as order value, delivery location, promotional offers, and service availability.

Order Tracking

Customers can conveniently track the status of their orders through the website, mobile application, or order-related notifications sent via SMS, email, or other communication channels.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to reasons attributable to the customer, including but not limited to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
  • Recipient unavailable at the delivery location
  • Failure to respond to delivery communication
  • Refusal to accept the order

Kirana Bhaiya reserves the right to levy additional delivery charges or cancel the order, as deemed appropriate.

Changes to Delivery Services

Kirana Bhaiya reserves the right to modify, suspend, expand, or restrict delivery timelines, service areas, and shipping-related policies at any time without prior notice, based on operational requirements or business considerations.

By placing an order through Kirana Bhaiya, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy and understand that delivery timelines may vary based on operational and external factors.
