3. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

An order placed on the platform is considered accepted only after confirmation by Kirana Bhaiya. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or operational constraints.

In such cases, any payment made will be refunded in accordance with our Refund Policy.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or the use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi.
